Full transparency: I've pleased my palate with every main dish on the menu and each is uniquely constructed and balanced—delicious in a word. Being a mushroom maniac though, I crave the full explosive earthy-smokey flavor of this classic. I suspect this dish may be placed in the Chef's foodie archive when the menu is upgraded. But I also suspect it will rightly return and when it does, it will be like knowing what inside a gift box but you still can't wait to open it!
Seafood Chowda
Incredible seafood chowder. Three people at our lunch ordered it and they all raved about it for days. Side note…the dessert special was peanut butter cheesecake and my dad keeps talking about that dessert!
Beet Salad
This salad was a delicious. It was larger than expected and had plenty of beets. The addition of goat cheese gave it a nice tang. I would certainly order this again
Crispy Buttermilk Tenders
As with everything at the Junction, very fresh, hot and well prepared. Do yourself a favor and try them tossed in the hot honey option, it will not disappoint.
